At approximately 1:30am on Thursday 6/14/06, members were toned out to respond to an MVA W/ injuries on Rt. 6 and the Bear Mtn. Parkway in Cortlandt. E258 and U40 arrived on scene first due to find a car vs truck accident with negative injuries. A delivery truck from CarQuest Auto Supplies was rear-ended by a vehicle causing the vehicle to be partially pinned under the truck. It was determined that none of the occupants desired to be treated by EMS personnel. FD units remained on scene until 2:30am to asist New York State Police with traffic control and to mitigate the leaking fluids for the vehicles until the tow trucks arrived. After the vehicles were seperated, all units cleard and were returned to service.
