Volunteering Behind The Scenes

Over the past 2 weeks, the new House Committee and Probationary Firefighters have been taking charge by extensively cleaning the meeting room, tv lounge, kitchen, and bathrooms. The Probationary Firefighters stepped up to the plate and re-painted the bathrooms upstairs at Headquarters. The pride that our new probationary members are showing by taking care of our building proves to everyone that being a member and volunteering isnt just about responding to emergencies. "Volunteers are the only human being on the face of the Earth who reflect this nation's compassion, unselfish caring, patience, and just plain love for one another" - Erma Bombeck
