On Saturday 5/13/23, Mohegan FD was on hand at the Old Navy store located in the Cortlandt Town Center on East Main St (Rt 6) for their annual Child Safety Fair. Mohegan FD set up a table of fire prevention pamplets and had giveaways for the children. Our members also discussed safety tips, and gave appartus display of Engine 256, Ladder 10, and Rescue 32. Applications to join our dept were also available for pick up. This event went from 12pm-4pm. Also on hand were representatives from Mohegan EMS.
