On Saturday evening 3/13/21 at approximately 10:25pm, Mohegan FD’s FAS-Team was requested to respond to a confirmed structure fire in the Bohlman Towers high rise apartment building on Main St in the City of Peekskill. Upon arrival of units, Peekskill FD had the fire knocked down and was assisting with ventilation of smoke on numerous floors. Also assisting on scene were Montrose VA FD, Buchanan FD, Peekskill EMS, Peekskill PD, Peekskill Office of Emergency Managemnt and Westchester County Dept of Emergency Services (Battalion 10 and Cause and Origin Team). Montrose FD and Continental Village FD relocated and covered the City of Peekskill during the fire. Mohegan FD stoodby on scene and returned to service by 11:45pm. Mohegan FD units on scene were Car 2262, 226-40, 2266, 2267, Engine 256, and Utility 80.
