On Monday evening 2/10/20, Girl Scout Troop #2154 visited our Headquarters to earn their First Aid and Safety Badge. The 8 Girl Scouts learned basic first aid which included treating cuts, splinting, taking pulses, calling 911 in emergencies, and outdoor safety. The Girl Scouts also enjoyed learning about the fire trucks and equipment with Career Firefighter Joe Troia. They also learned about Mohegan EMS's ambulances with EMT's Beverly Thornton and Clint Thornton.
