On Sat 7/18/15 at 10:38pm, Mohegan FD's FAS-Team was requested to respond mutual aid to Putnam Valley FD for a confirmed structure fire on Sylvan Dr in the Lake Peekskill section. Mohegan FD Car 2264, 2265, 2266, 226-40, and Engine 255 responded on the assignment and assisted on scene, acting as the FAST role. Once the fire was knocked down and extinguished, Mohegan units cleared the scene by 11:45pm.
