| On Sun. 1/1/12, the first fire call to ring in 2012 was dispatched at 8:35am for Mohegan's FAS-Team to respond to 190 Myrtle Ave in Mahopac Falls for a working structure fire. Engine 257/FAS-Team members responded at took up the FAST assignment on scene, while Mahopac Falls and Mahopac Firefighters fought heavy fire and smoke on the 2nd floor of this building. The building is mixed automotive center on the 1st floor and apartments on the 2nd floor. FAS-Team members stoodby on scene in the front and rear until the fire was extinguished.
