On Tues 1/17/23 at approximately 12:55pm, Mohegan FD was requested mutual aid to the scene of a structure fire on North Division St in the City of Peekskill. Mohegan FD Car 2261, 2260, 22610, and Ladder 10 responded and upon arrival Mohegan FD assisted on scene with suppression and overhaul. Mohegan FD was released by Peekskill FD. Also assisting on scene were Buchanan FD, Croton FD, Montrose VA FD, Peekskill EMS, and Westchester County Dept of Emergency Services.

During this fire, other Mohegan FD units were operating on Maple Row on our district for a reported chimney fire. That fire ended up being smoke from the homeowner starting the fireplace and the fireplace was found to be operating properly on arrival.
