At approximately 5:15pm this evening Fri 8/30/19, Mohegan FD, Mohegan Volunteer Fire Association Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Empress Emergency Medical Services/Yorktown Paramedics, and Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to Route 6 and Curry St in Yorktown for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Upon arrival of units, a two car accident was found with 3 injuries. Mohegan EMS 69B2 secured 3 RMA’s (Refusals for Medical Attention), while Mohegan FD units applied speedy dry to fluids in the roadway and assisted with traffic control. All Mohegan FD units cleared at 6:15pm. Mohegan FD units on scene were Car 2262, 2266, 2269, 22610, Engine 255, Engine 256, Rescue 32, and Utility 80.
