At approximately 10:40pm on Tuesday 10/2/18, Mohegan FD’s FAS-Team was requested to respond to a 3rd Alarm structure fire on Anita Rd in Somers. Somers FD was on scene with structure fire and eventually transmitted a 3rd alarm. Mohegan FD Car 2261, 2263, 2264, 2266, and Engine 257 with a total crew of 10 members responded and upon arrival relieved the Yorktown Heights FD FAS-Team on scene. Other fire depts also assisting on scene were Croton Falls Fire Department, Katonah Fire Department, Bedford Hills Fire Department, and Golden's Bridge Fire Department. All Mohegan FD units cleared the scene and returned to district by 1am.
