Today Saturday 10/6/18, Mohegan FD was on hand from 9am-12pm at The Home Depot located in the Cortlandt Town Center on East Main St (Rt 6) in Mohegan Lake for The Home Depot’s Safety Day. Our members were on hand giving fire prevention tips, handing out fire prevention pamphlets, showing off Engine 252, and having Sparky The Fire Dog and Freddy The Fire Truck interacting with the adults and kids. We thank The Home Depot for the invite to this event every October! On hand were Engine 252 and Utility 69 towing our small fire prevention trailer.
