On Thursday 9/13/18 at 9:35am, Mohegan Fire, Mohegan EMS, Yorktown/Empress Paramedics, and Yorktown Police were dispatched to Rt 6 and Mill St in Mohegan lake for a motor vehicle accident rollover with possible extrication. Upon arrival units found a 2 car motor vehicle accident with one vehicle rolled over onto its roof. Members began to treat the patients and confirmed that there was no extrication needed. members also assisted Yorktown Police with traffic control. Mohegan EMS transported the injured to a local hospital. During this incident, Mohegan units also handled an additional motor vehicle accident with injuries on East Main St (Rt 6) in the area of the Cortlandt Town Center in Cortlandt that was dispatched at 9:53am.
