On Tues night 10/3/17 at approximately 11:20pm, Mohegan FD Car 2261, 2263, 2265, 2266, 22610, and Ladder 35 responded on the 2nd Alarm Mutual Aid assignment to Yorktown Heights FD for a commercial structure fire on Front St. Upon arrival, Mohegan FD set up in the rear of the building and placed numerous ground ladders to the roof. Members also assisted in setting up exhaust fans for smoke ventilation and also accessed the roof to assist in rooftop overhaul operations. Mohegan FD cleared the scene by 1:15am. Also assisting on scene were Bedford Hills FD, Croton-on-Hudson FD, Somers FD, Millwood FD, Buchanan FD, Ossining FD, Yorktown Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and Yorktown Police Department.
